On a regular chag week day, same-day transfers need to be with us by 12.45pm. During Chol Hamoed the cut-off is 10.45am. Later than that and value moves to the next working day.
Online trading stays open until 20.00 on most working days and until 14.00 on Fridays — including days when the phone desk has already closed.
If a payment has to land around one of these dates, talk to us in good time and we will work back from your deadline with you.
