Payments Specialist

We are seeking a Payments Specialist to join our team in Ramat Gan. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work after an initial training period. The Payments Specialist will be responsible for processing payments and managing customer accounts, handling foreign exchange transactions, and providing occasional customer support. Additional responsibilities may include researching, compiling, and analyzing foreign exchange data for reporting purposes. Job Description: •Identifying and monitoring irregular activity for reporting purposes, implementing monitoring processes and preparing irregular activity reports. • Providing relevant training to different departments. • Implementing controls to ensure that the company’s processes are fully compliant. • Responding and guiding fellow employees in the field of identifying and preventing money laundering and the financing of terror activities • Verifying the correct documentation and dealing with the banks and the relevant authorities • Work as part of a team, in the company's offices in Ramat Gan. • Hybrid working after the initial training period. We are actively seeking to hire a full-time Salesforce Software Tester/QA to join our UK-based development team. This is a crucial role in ensuring any new product enhancements/defect fixes developed meet a high standard of quality and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and execution of both manual and automated testing procedures. We are looking for someone to shape our testing strategy and drive continuous improvement in all business processes. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, self-driven and has a keen eye for detail. You will be working alongside the development team to understand the deliverables and ensure system improvements being made have noticeable benefit for the end users. Job Responsibility's: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and business users) to identify system requirements Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures making sure to address business and technical use cases Design, develop and execute automation scripts Performing End-to-End system, regression and UAT Analysing test results and document clear and concise steps to reproduce errors in reports for the development team Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Work closely with management/development teams to ensure features and content are fully executed Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors Learn the system inside and out and become a subject matter expert Assist in risk management for future development Supporting the Agile testing process, attending daily stand-ups and ownership of individual user stories Maintain relevant knowledge about new testing tools and test strategies.
